For over 15 years, we’ve helped hundreds of people prepare their homes for sale, move-outs, and rush sales with care. We started in the South Bay, in our hometown of San Pedro, CA, and have since expanded throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada. Run by Giovanni and Lisa Mannino with a bit of help from their children Marie and Michael, we price, set up, and sell a variety of antiques, home staples, art, collectible books, automobiles, and more to happy customers.

Giovanni was a small business owner in San Pedro for over 30 years and is known as an upstanding community member. His wife Lisa grew up in San Pedro, supporting her family as a dedicated PTA mom and fundraising queen for Seventh Street, Dodson, and San Pedro High School.
